Lupini Milk was founded by Hope Flores, a San Francisco State University student who learned of the health benefits of lupini beans and saw an opportunity! She made the first batch of Lupini Milk in her home kitchen and thought it was good enough to share. Through an exclusive university program, the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Fellows Program, Hope teamed up with fellow SFSU students Pandora Sutherland (Marketing), Rhythm Kaur Ghandi and Lajja Shah (Research & Development), and Angelina Healy (Finances). We share values of health, environmentalism, and positive change in the world.
