How should I use Lupini Milk?

What are lupini beans?

Lupini beans are legumes which grow from the beautifully flowering Lupinus plant. Lupini Beans contain all 9 essential amino acids, making them a complete protein source like soy and dairy. Unlike soy (a top allergen), however, Lupini Beans are non-estrogenic. We are proud to say that Lupini Milk is Top 8 Allergen Free!
